Joe Roe The Mental Health Coach at Edwinstowe House

Welcome to the MoJoe Lounge – Mental Health Coaching in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire

A New Home for the MoJoe Lounge: Mental Health Coaching in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire

I’m incredibly excited to share that I have moved my coaching room to Edwinstowe House, in the beautiful village of Edwinstowe, right in the heart of Sherwood Forest.

The new coaching space is called The MoJoe Lounge, a calm, welcoming and confidential place where you can pause, talk openly and begin reconnecting with yourself.

Moving to Edwinstowe feels like the beginning of a wonderful new chapter for my coaching practice. I wanted to create a space that feels comfortable, grounding and supportive, where people can step away from the noise of everyday life and focus on their mental health, confidence and personal growth.

Mental Health Coaching in the Heart of Sherwood Forest

Edwinstowe is surrounded by the history, natural beauty and legendary atmosphere of Sherwood Forest.

For centuries, Sherwood Forest has been associated with the folklore of Robin Hood, the famous outlaw said to have challenged injustice and stood up for those who needed support. Edwinstowe itself has a particularly special connection to the legend: local folklore says Robin Hood and Maid Marian were married at St Mary’s Church in the village.

Whether we view Robin Hood as history, folklore or a symbol of courage, his story remains closely woven into the identity of Edwinstowe and Nottinghamshire.

There is something rather fitting about offering coaching in a place associated with resilience, bravery and finding the confidence to take a different path.

Life can sometimes feel like navigating a dense forest. We may lose sight of the path ahead, become caught in old patterns or feel unsure which direction to take next. Coaching can provide the space to stop, understand where you are and identify the next step that feels right for you.

You do not have to navigate the forest alone. I am here to help you!

Where is the MoJoe Lounge?

The MoJoe Lounge is based at:

Edwinstowe House
Borough High Street
Edwinstowe

Edwinstowe House is a historic building with origins as an extended Georgian country home, built in 1768. Today, it provides professional office, meeting and training spaces for local businesses and organisations.

My room has been thoughtfully created to provide a warm and comfortable environment for confidential, one-to-one coaching sessions.

This is not a cold or clinical setting. The MoJoe Lounge is a place where you can breathe, reflect and be yourself without judgement.

You can even visit the café at Edwinstowe House and enjoy a drink before or after your appointment.
