Twice, ignoring my mental health led to hospitalisation. But that wasn’t the end. It was the beginning of real change. Coaching was my breakthrough, and it can be yours too. I am here to help.
I bring over 20 years of experience as a certified mental health coach and NLP Master Practitioner. I have received Multi-National Awards and I have been recognised by the Coaching Foundation as one of the UK’s Top Mental Health Coaches.

My Coaching Career, Qualifications & Awards
The Confucius quote captures exactly how I feel. Coaching isn’t just my career; it’s my calling. My own journey through mental health challenges led me here, and now I help others create deep, lasting change in their own lives. To ensure I make a meaningful difference to others, I’ve invested in professional training, ongoing development, and real-world experience. My qualifications include: Level 5 Diploma in Performance Coaching with NLP; NLP Practitioner & Master Practitioner Certificates; Mental Health First Aid – MHFA England; ICS Coach & Innovations Professional Award.
I am an Accredited Member of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (MNCIP). I have trained and supervised fellow coaches, co-creating CPD programmes that build confidence in supporting clients with mental health challenges. With 30+ hours of CPD annually and monthly supervision (EMCC & NCIP), I ensure my practice stays ethical, effective, and deeply human. My awards, and partnerships are listed below.
