NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a powerful approach developed in the 1970s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. They studied how successful therapists and communicators achieved results and discovered that our thoughts, language, and behaviors are deeply connected. By changing these patterns, we can change how we experience life.
The idea behind NLP is simple:
